In our jobs as
fire instructors we are faced with awesome responsibility
of developing and presenting information to the fire
fighters for our departments. |

information and training is intended to protect the
residents and visitors of our cities but it can ultimately
saves the lives of the fire fighters as well.
This tremendous responsibility means that we are constantly
searching for new and better ways to keep our fire
fighters informed on the latest ways to perform their
duties.

we face daily do not allow us to spend as much time
developing training as we would like. F.I.A.N.T. can

As a member of
F.I.A.N.T. you are part of a network of area fire
instructors that are faced with the same challenges
as you. The sharing of curriculum and techniques with
other instructors allows you the opportunity to stop
re-inventing the wheel. |

Monthly meetings
allow you to build working relationships with local
fire instructors and learn what is going on in the
field of fire department instructions. With the monthly
presentations you will get first hand information
on what works and what doesn’t in our field. |

 The
extensive F.I.A.N.T. library allows you the opportunity
to preview training materials to see if they are appropriate
for your needs and to make use of these materials.
Which can save the thin training budget. The new online
checkout allows the material to be mailed directly
to you.
An online calendar of events will help you to know
what is going on in area departments. And as a member
you will be able to advertise your classes on the
calendar to boost attendance and create revenue.

To join F.I.A.N.T.
requires annual dues of $100.00 per entity, which
includes the primary member, and $20.00 per associate
member. Annual dues are from January through December
of each year and are prorated for new members. |
